I was sitting on a bridge at Minnehaha Falls after biking there from my apartment, and thought this was interesting.
This is a door in the back of the Androy in Hibbing. I kinda dug it, so I took a picture.
This birdbath used to be inside the north garden, but has been moved to just outside it. I don't think there's any water in there; if there were, it might have been a cooler picture, what with the kids reflecting in it and all.
I liked this photo because of the contrasting colors. I wonder how this would have turned out were I using our old camera with black and white film.
This cow just gave birth. Yes, female cows can have horns. Apparently.
We used to live across the freeway from a really nice nature preserve. This was maybe three feet from an asphalt path, and while it was probably made by people, I'm guessing that the deer liked to use it too. There were a lot of deer in the preserve.
Part of the Crayola Camera series. This is one of the doors on Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Minneapolis (which, apparently, is the oldest continuously-used church in Minneapolis.)
This is a mango (I think), and I couldn’t see through the viewfinder while I was taking it, because it was high up in a tree. I’m pretty happy with how it turned out.
Part of the Crayola Camera series. Sloths are slow.
Part of a series called "Crayola Camera," from an exercise in the book Caffeine for the Creative Mind. The premise is to take a picture that represents one of each of the original eight colors in a box of Crayola crayons (blue, red, yellow, orange, green, purple, brown, and black.)
